Join Orano – Shaping a Sustainable Future Together
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Scheduler to lead and oversee scheduling activities for new plant deployment projects. This position requires extensive expertise in Primavera P6 and will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex project schedules using advanced scheduling software
- Lead critical path analysis and create sophisticated "what if" scenarios
- Evaluate impacts of changes to project timelines and resource allocation
- Identify and ensure adherence to resource requirements (staff, materials, equipment)
- Lead project schedule status meetings and provide executive-level reporting
- Coordinate with IS on scheduling software implementation and enhancements
- Provide scheduling training, coaching, and leadership to project staff
- Develop and analyze project metrics
- Generate comprehensive reports and schedules for management
- Recommend and implement scheduling process improvements
- Analyze plans to identify potential delays and integration problems

Ideal qualifications
All candidates must meet the following minimum requirements in order to be considered for this opportunity. Candidates who exceed minimum qualifications may be considered for a higher-level position.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering with 4 to 6 years of experience in similar industry.
Technical Skills & Knowledge
- Expert knowledge of Primavera P6 and equivalent project schedule software
- Advanced understanding of complex planning and scheduling concepts
- Comprehensive knowledge of nuclear plant systems and components
- Advanced knowledge of PC-based applications (MS Office Suite)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Deep understanding of project management methodologies
